Tim Ignacio is a Research Consultant in the Rotterdam office, the Netherlands, as part of the Modelling & Meta-analysis Center of Excellence. His main expertise is in developing and adapting and health economic models.
He has developed multiple cost-effectiveness models and budget impact models for both national health authorities and to support local decision making. Furthermore, he is experienced in the development of reimbursement dossiers, designing graphical user interfaces, and in conducting database and survival analyses. His skill set includes a range of software packages, such as Visual Basic, Microsoft Excel, STATA and TreeAge. The disease areas he has worked in comprise cardiovascular disease, respiratory, haematology, oncology, metabolic disorders, neurological disorders, auto-immune diseases and electrolyte disorders.
Tim obtained his Bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences at the Radboud University in Nijmegen in 2012. In 2014, he received his Master of Science in Health Technology Assessment. His master thesis focussed on the cost-effectiveness of initial anti-tumour necrosis factor treatment in early rheumatoid arthritis patients.
