Linlin Luo, MSc is a Health Outcomes SAS Programmer in Pharmerit International’s Bethesda, MD office. She has substantial experience in biomedical and clinical data analysis at various research institutions and consulting firms.
As a certified advanced SAS programmer, she has a thorough understanding of various statistical analysis methodologies and programming in SAS and other languages including R. She has extensive experience in designing and developing project-specific SAS programs, such as analytic datasets, graphics and reports. Additionally, she has experience creating analytic files using healthcare informatics, including patient electronic medical records, and Medicare and Medicaid claims. At Pharmerit, Ms. Luo’s primary focus is in the Real World Evidence / Data Analytics group where she is working on clinical, patient-reported, and resource use analyses for clinical trials and claims database analyses in a variety of therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Pharmerit, she worked with CSRA as a data mining specialist for developing and maintaining fraud detection algorithms for the CMS Fraud Prevention System. She holds a MSc degree in Biostatistics from Georgetown University and a MSc degree in Biology from York University (Canada).
