Ling-Hsiang is a Senior Scientist in the Modeling & Meta-Analysis and Real World Evidence & Data Analytics Department in the Rotterdam office. At Pharmerit, she obtains extensive experience and relevant knowledge in various disease indications across different activities, including clinical trial analysis, development economic models, conducting meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons, preparing systematic reviews and generating real world evidence. Combining her work experiences, she is specialized in bridging trial/real world evidence into economic modelling.
Ling-Hsiang obtained her PhD in Health Economics from the Centre for Health Economics, University of York, 2010. Her study focused on outcome measures in economic evaluation, with a particular interest of EQ-5D instrument including both its methodological development and pragmatic applications. She is a member of the EuroQol group since 2009. While completing her degree, she also worked as a research fellow in York Trials Unit, University of York, responsible for conducting economic evaluations of randomized controlled trials and contributing economic component in each stage of trial. Through her work she is familiar with all aspects of trials, including protocol design, daily management, data collection and dissemination.
