Senior Research Analyst
Bethesda, United States
Jarjieh Fang, BS, MPH is a Senior Research Analyst in Pharmerit International’s New York office, supporting the Real-World Evidence & Data Analytics and Patient-Centered Outcomes teams. He has experience in mixed-methods research and training in economic evaluations of public health interventions. At Pharmerit, he has contributed to four projects involving regulatory interactions, participating in the construction of dossiers, helping craft responses to written feedback, and revising evidence packages in response to feedback received at both Type-B and Type-C meetings.
Prior to joining Pharmerit, Jarjieh led a three-county poverty needs assessment in South Central Wisconsin that utilized a recursive, mixed-methods approach to identify the assets, needs, and service gaps of vulnerable communities. Spanning 1.5 years, the project collected and analyzed the experiences of more than 250 participants and went on to influence programming and outreach efforts at non-profits throughout the region. As an undergraduate, Jarjieh supported research that utilized electronic health record data and community-level data to study obesity and associated comorbidities and contributed to research on the how aging and Parkinson’s disease impacts upper airway sensorimotor control. He holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with concentrations in both Neurobiology and Political Science and an MPH from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University.
