This privacy policy is meant to inform the users of the Pharmerit International (“Pharmerit”) website. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy. You also acknowledge that Pharmerit may periodically change, modify, add or remove or otherwise update this privacy policy at its discretion, without prior notification. It is advisable to review this on a regular basis.

Safeguarding the privacy of the user is paramount for Pharmerit. This privacy policy provides information on how data is collected and processed by this website and it is applicable for processing of all personal data of users through the website. Pharmerit shall be the controller of the information being processed on its website.

Data which you have provided directly to Pharmerit yourself; data which is used to fulfil a contract or is in preparation for a contract; the data is automated (i.e. this right does not apply to paper records).

Pharmerit relies on having up to date and correct information. We will only ask you to provide information for which it has a genuine need. If you fail to provide any requested information, there is a chance that your records could be incorrect, or incomplete and this could lead to problems which take time and trouble to sort out and could result in Pharmerit not being able to provide you with the best service.
