Marjan Meijboom presented her study about the cost-effectiveness of influenza vaccination at the Avian & Pandemic Influenza Vaccine 2007 conference from 21-23 May in Singapore. Her presentation, entitled "Balancing the costs and effects of pandemic and pre-pandemic vaccination strategies", showed the results from the developed cost-effectiveness model for four different scenarios: no intervention, wait and run, stockpile and pre-vaccination.
