Stephanie holds a M.Sc. degree in Health Economics and a B.Sc. in Health Sciences, both from the University of York. For her M.Sc. thesis Stephanie spent three months with the Centre for Reviews and Dissemination (CRD) working on a new scoring and abstract format to be used by the National Health Service Economic Evaluation Database (NHS EED) for reviewing published economic evaluations. She joined Pharmerit in October 2006 and is employed as a senior research consultant in our UK office.
Stephanie’s project work focuses on the area of Health Economics and Outcomes research and her main duties include overseeing projects, systematic reviewing, data analysis, cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelling, and dissemination of results. In addition to her desk research and programming, Stephanie attends regular project meetings with clients and relevant congress events – she has presented work at the ISPOR (EU and US), and iHEA congresses, amongst others.
Although her project work has mainly focused on cardiovascular diseases, Stephanie has worked on projects in a number of other health areas, including renal disease, arthritis, cancer, hemophilia, and arthritis.
