Per-Olof Thuresson, MSc

Per-Olof holds a M.Sc and a PharmD from Uppsala University were he graduated in 2008.  For his master thesis he conducted a regression analysis to estimate the burden of comorbid depression in somatic and psychiatric diseases for a US population, measured with EQ-5D-VAS. He also has a Master in Health Economics from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm. For this master thesis he built a Markov model to model the effects of early versus late treatment to rheumatoid arthritis patients.
 
Per-Olof joined Pharmerit in 2008. He has been working in disease areas such as HIV, Hepatitis C and thrombotic disorders, for several European markets.
