Michelle Lieuw On, MSc

Michelle Lieuw On holds a B.Sc in Econometrics and Management Science and a M.Sc. in Health Economics, both from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. During her internship at Pharmerit she conducted research on different meta-models such as Spatial Interpolation and Gaussian Processes. Using these types of meta-models helps to reduce the computation time of complex simulation models. During this research the different meta-models were implemented and tested in order to make a sound comparison between them.

After her internship, Michelle directly joined the Dutch Pharmerit team in the position of Junior Research Consultant. With her background in econometrics and health economics, Michelle combines quantitative and qualitative skills. She has started to work on several projects within disease areas such as Epilepsy and Diabetes.
